Preparing for placement

During these unprecedented times we have taken the time to listen and understand the concerns of our centres and learners. Based on this, we have created a pre-placement programme for learners who may not be able to access their placements due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.

The preparing for placement programme will be a useful tool for learners to work through whilst waiting for a suitable time to begin their placements or re-enter settings.

We have created separate programmes for learners in the following sectors: early years and childcare; health and social care; and, supporting teaching and learning. Find the programme suitable for your learners on the individual sector pages linked below.

Your feedback is important to us

We hope that you find the programme useful in the current circumstances and when life returns to a state of new normality, the programme will always help learners prepare for placement. Your feedback is important to us and we use this to adapt and improve our resources, to ensure we are giving you all the support you need.

If you have any comments or if there’s anything else that you would like us to offer, please get in touch.
