This website is operated by NCFE. All services and activities outlined on this website are carried out by NCFE under the CACHE brand.

Any reference to CACHE or Council for Awards in Care, Health and Education registered address, company or charity numbers should be deemed to mean NCFE. NCFE is a charity registered in England and Wales with registration number 1034808. NCFE is a private company limited by guarantee in England & Wales with Registered Company Number: 02896700. Your use of the information, graphics and materials on the Websites is governed by these terms and conditions.

If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then you may not use the Websites.

CACHE is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any Linked Site. CACHE is providing these links to you solely as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by CACHE of the site or any association with its operators.
If you have any concerns or questions regarding a Linked Site, please contact the administrator of that website.

4. No unlawful or prohibited use

As a condition of your use of the Websites, you confirm that you will not use the Websites for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions. You may not use the Websites in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair them or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of them. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Websites. 6. Materials provided to CACHE or posted on the Websites

We do not claim ownership of the materials you provide to us (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to the Websites or their associated services (collectively "Submissions"). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you are granting to us permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of our business including, without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission. If you do not wish us to do this, then please do not post any Submissions.

No compensation, royalty or other fee will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. CACHE is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and may remove any Submission at any time in CACHE's sole discretion.

By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you confirm that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions.

Submissions must not:
• Break the law
• Be offensive, threatening, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, harassing, false, misleading or unreliable, or bring
the Websites and/or us into disrepute
• Infringe another person’s rights or privacy in an unwarranted manner
• Result in the sending of unsolicited bulk email, or, spam

All orders must be signed for on delivery.

Please allow 10 working days for delivery of your order.

When contacting us please provide your order number, product details and order date.


Please check your order carefully as we are unable to accept any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed.

Damaged / Defective Items

If your order is delivered in a damaged condition or you feel it is defective please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

Since our products are personalised we are unable to offer refunds unless the goods are damaged or faulty. All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

8. Liability

We will always do our best to ensure that all materials and information published on the Websites are accurate and comply with these terms and conditions but please note that all content, materials and information are provided on an “as is” basis and you assume responsibility and risk for your use of the Websites and use of all information contained in them. We try to ensure that all users adhere to the rules set out above in the sections entitled “No unlawful or prohibited use” and “Use of communication services” but, inevitably, we cannot fully monitor all material posted on the Websites at all times.

If we are liable in law for something we have done wrong, then we shall only be liable to you for any losses or costs which are reasonably foreseeable as a result of our wrongdoing (or which result in death or personal injury).

All product and company names and logos mentioned in the Websites are the trademarks service marks or trading names of their respective owners, including us.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, republish or distribute by any means or in any manner any material or information on or downloaded from the Websites including but not limited to text, graphics, video, messages, code, software without our prior written permission except where invited to do so, for example, in order to complete any test or questionnaire.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any proceedings arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
