The Assessment Innovation Fund (AIF) launched in 2021 following a £1 million commitment by the awarding organisation and education charity NCFE. Over the last two years, the fund has supported 12 projects, with 3,289 learners participating in these pilots. In total, 206 educators across two continents and 49 institutions have been involved in AIF funded studies.
