At CACHE, we value you as a customer and we are looking forward to working with you in this academic year.
With this in mind, we have developed our new Centre Agreement which outlines the rights and responsibilities of you as an approved CACHE centre and NCFE as your Awarding Organisation.
We would like to reassure you that the minor changes within the document will not have any impact on the way that you work with us day-to-day. We remain committed to providing you with the best possible customer experience. The new agreement is designed to be clearer, more concise and the terms now apply to all products offered by both the NCFE and CACHE brands, encompassing regulated and unregulated products.
We have also taken this opportunity to review and streamline a number of our key policies which you can read below.

Endorsement of Third Party Resources
Any organisation can develop learning resources to support CACHE qualifications and/or unit(s) and have them reviewed and endorsed by CACHE*.
What does endorsed mean?
Endorsed learning resources have been reviewed by CACHE and we’ve provided formal sign off and confirmation that they meet the endorsement criteria (see CACHE’s Policy for the Endorsement of Third Party Resources) of the associated CACHE qualification/unit(s). By using the endorsed learning resources, Learners will therefore be given the opportunity to achieve the requirements of the qualification/unit(s).
Our subject expert reviewer will assess whether the learning resources meet the requirements for endorsement and once done, we’ll provide feedback (where relevant) to the learning resources producer. When we’re happy that the endorsement criteria has been met, and when all feedback has been addressed, we’ll confirm that they’ve been endorsed by CACHE.
Because they are endorsed, CACHE may advertise the learning resources in our publications, on our website, at CACHE events and we will allow the producer of the resources to use the CACHE endorsed logo in association with them. The endorsement only relates to the approved version of the learning resources and if any changes are made, CACHE will need to review them again.
If you would like more information about endorsement, please contact us at [email protected]
