Full Qualification Certificates

Certificates will be issued automatically within 15 working days provided that:

• All mandatory units have grades entered and saved

• All external units have been achieved

• The required number of optional units has been ticked in both boxes (Registered and Included Units).

• Ticking the Included Unit box should automatically tick both boxes.

• The optional units have been graded and saved

• From the Grades tab, ensure that all optional units have a tick in the ‘I’ column. If not, you will need to tick the Included Unit box on the Optional Units tab.

• From the Reports section a Certificate Status Report can be run. This will show all the grades entered via e|ngage for every learner.

Unit Qualification Certificates

Certificates will be issued automatically within 15 working days provided that:

• All units that the Learner has achieved have grades entered and saved

• The Request a Unit Certificate box should be ticked (charges may apply).

• If Learners are withdrawing, then click the Withdraw button after the grades have been saved.

• From the Reports section a Certificate Status Report can be run. This will show all the grades entered via e|ngage for every learner and whether you have requested a unit certificate.

Reporting problems

When using e|ngage, you are accessing live information held by CACHE for your Centre.

If you find that information is missing or incorrect, this may indicate a technical problem and you should contact our Customer Support team

Try to give as much information as you can to help us resolve any issues, such as details of the menu option you were using, what you were querying and any messages that were displayed that you think are relevant.
