Registration for an e|ngage user account

To use e|ngage, you will need to register for a user account and provide us with a valid email address. To register for a user account, you will need to click on the following link which can also be found on the main login page:

If you are new to e|ngage you will receive an email confirming your registration and once your details have been checked we will send a follow up email confirming that your account has been activated. This will take up to two working days, depending on when we get the necessary authorisation from your centre. 

Re-registering as an e|ngage user

If you were registered as an e|ngage user before the 27th of October, 2008; you need to re-register as you will be unable to use your previous login details. If you enter your old login details in the top part of the registration form, the system will automatically populate the form with your Centre and site code. The system will then activate your account immediately upon completion of the form and you will be able to login.

The e|ngage login page can be found at https://engage.cache.org.uk/ or by following the e|ngage links on the CACHE website.As well as fields for you to enter your e|ngage username and password, you’ll find information about the latest developments relevant to the site and information about site availability.

Login Problems

If you forget your e|ngage password, go to e|ngage login, click on the Forgotten Password link, then answer the security question and click submit. A new password will be sent to the email address that you entered on the registration form.

If you supply incorrect login details ten times in a row within five minutes, your e|ngage account will be locked. You can unlock your account by contacting our customer support team on 0845 347 2123.

Your e|ngage password

When you log in to e|ngage, you will see a Change Password tab, allowing you to change your password to something that you find easier to remember.

Please keep your password secure to prevent unauthorised access to e|ngage. The candidate information held on the site is covered by the Data Protection Act and responsibility for preventing misuse of an e|ngage account lies with the account holder.
