E|ngage Overview As an authorised user, you will be able to use e|ngage to carry out the following tasks online, without having to complete unnecessary paperwork: - Register candidates for CACHE qualifications or units
- Enter candidates for exams / submission dates
- Enter candidates final grades and apply for certification
- Download and view reports
- Order resources and publications such as handbooks and assignment guidance

Key Benefits Enter candidates for exams / submission of external assessment This is a new facility which will enable you to enter eligible candidates (i.e. candidates who are in possession of a CACHE PIN and registered for the externally assessed unit) onto future exam / submissions dates.Test / Submission entry operates on a real time basis, so Centres that administer assessments and candidates online will have their requests actioned instantly. For example a Centre could enter candidates for a exam / submission date, then view an external assessment Confirmation of Entry from the Reports screen. Enter candidates’ final grades and apply for certification The grade entry screen will allow centres: - Enter new grades for internally assessed units
- Add additional grades (where the candidate has done the unit again to gain a better grade) for internally assessed units
- Correct an existing grade for internally assessed units in case of a user input mistake
Centres can also use this screen to track individual unit grade or if you wish to request unit/full qualification certificate(s). Centres can check the grades that have been entered by running (and either printing/saving as PDFs) the ‘Certificate Status Report’ in the ‘Reports’ area. Download and view reports online e|ngage reports enable Centres to view information as soon as it is available rather than waiting for a letter to arrive by post.
