Obtaining Duplicate Certificates

CACHE offers a duplicate certificate service to both individual candidates and Centres.

To obtain a ‘Duplicate Certificate and Overview Request’ form, either:

Submitting the ‘Duplicate Certificate and Overview Request’ form

Prices are effective from Sept 1, 2008

Candidates:

  • Attach cheque/postal order/international money order for £35.00 per certificate (for certificates/transcripts originally issued after January 2000) or £50.00 (per certificate for certificates/transcripts originally issued before January 2000). This is non-refundable and includes a search fee and the cost of the certificate
  • Transcripts (showing unit grades) are available for NNEB candidates who registered for the Diploma in Nursery Nursing (NNEB) and Certificate in Child care (CCE) with CACHE between September 1992 and August 2000. The fee is £50.00
  • If ordering a duplicate certificate and transcript for DNN or CCE pre 2000 at the same time, only a single charge will apply
  • Candidates who registered for DNN or CCE between September1992 and 2002 and who did not complete the course, may apply for an Interim Transcript showing completed units and grades, if on record at CACHE.  An A4 stamped addressed envelope should accompany the completed request form
  • Overviews are available for some qualifications (please refer to list on Duplicate Certificate and Overview Request form) at a specific cost, plus £5.00 postage and packaging

CACHE Centres

  • If requested, an invoice will be sent with the certificate
  • Attach copies of the requested proof of identity
