Obtaining a Replacement / Duplicate Certificate and /or Overview Books

Have you misplaced or lost your CACHE Certificate?

CACHE offers a duplicate certificate service to both individual learners and Centres.

Please fully complete the Request for Replacement Certificate form and return to CACHE with the required supporting Information and applicable fee.

Overview Books:

Overview books are a useful tool and reference document to show interested parties what a learner has studied during their qualification. Please fully complete the CACHE Overview Books Order Form and return to CACHE with the applicable fee.

Learners:

• Attach cheque/postal order/international money order for £37.00 per certificate (for certificates/transcripts originally issued after January 2000) or £52.00 (per certificate for certificates/transcripts originally issued before January 2000). This is non-refundable and includes a search fee and the cost of the certificate
• Transcripts (showing unit grades) are available for NNEB candidates who registered for the Diploma in Nursery Nursing (NNEB) and Certificate in Child care (CCE) with CACHE between September 1992 and August 2000. The fee is £52.00
• If ordering a duplicate certificate and transcript for NNEB or CCE pre 2000 at the same time, only a single charge will apply
• Learners who registered for NNEB or CCE between September 1992 and 2002 and who did not complete the course, may apply for an Interim Transcript showing completed units and grades, if on record at CACHE. An A4 stamped addressed envelope should accompany the completed request form
• Overviews are available for some qualifications (please refer to list on the CACHE Overview Books Order form) at a specific cost, plus £5.00 postage and packaging
