Web & Marketing Coordinator
Salary £22, 221 + £555 OFA
CACHE is recruiting for the position of Web and Marketing Co-ordinator. This role has responsibility for managing and delivering CACHE's web and marketing services, including daily upkeep, content changes and development for our web platforms and marketing materials, to ensure thir consistency, accuracy and effectiveness. Reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager, the position plays a key role in CACHE's Business Development Team.
Candidates should have experience of web content management systems and possess an understanding of the production of marketing collateral and promotional materials. They will need to be comfortable in handling product launches and should have experience of liaising with design agencies for branding and marketing purposes. Applicants need to be an excellent team player.

Procurement Manager
Salary £38,000 - £42,000 pa depending on experience
CACHE is seeking to recruit an experienced CIPS qualified Procurement Manager to establish and develop a customer focused procurement function. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering a robust procurement strategy, policies and procedures and ensuring these are implemented across the organisation. This is a new role for the charity and will be responsible for an annual spend of approximately £4m across a diverse range of products and services, including IT development, facilities management and professional services.
Responsibilities will include managing existing relationships with suppliers, identifying new suppliers and negotiating costs and contracts. The successful applicant will have a diverse procurement background. Ideally in professional services, with strong communication and negotiation skills as well as strong commercial awareness. Strong business acumen and an excellent track record of cost savings are essential.
Candidates needs to have experience of managing tender processes and with OJEU, be able to achieve the best whole life value for money to ensure the best use of the charity's resources and provide senior management with practical and timely advice that fits in with the organisation's strategy.

Bi-Lingual Welsh/English External Examiner
CACHE wish to appoint a number of bi-lingual Welsh/English external examiners to mark a variety of external assessments at Level 3 in child care and education.
Applicants should be able to mark competently in Welsh and have qualifications appropriate to these qualifications and possess a sound understanding of early years care and education, and prior experience of marking and verifying learners’ work.
