Obtaining a Replacement / Duplicate Certificate and /or Overview Books

We offer a replacement / duplicate certificate service to both learners and Centres.

Replacement certificates (showing units achieved on the back) are available for certificates issued after January 2000. The fee is £37.

Please complete the Replacement Certificate Form and return to CACHE with the required supporting information and applicable fee.

Replacement Certificate Form  

•  Transcripts (showing units achieved) are available for NNEB candidates who registered for the Diploma in Nursery Nursing
     (NNEB) and Certificate in Child Care (CCE) with CACHE between September 1992 and August 2000. The fee is £52.

•  If ordering a duplicate certificate and transcript for NNEB or CCE pre 2000 at the same time, only a single charge will apply.

•  Learners who registered for NNEB or CCE between September 1992 and 2002 and who did not complete the course, may
     apply for an Interim Transcripts showing completed units and grades, if on record at CACHE. Overviews are available for
     some qualifications (please refer to list on the CACHE Overview Books Order form) at a specific cost, plus £5 postage and
     packing.

Overview books are useful reference documents to show interested parties what has been studied during a qualification. Please fully complete the CACHE Overview Books Order Form and return to CACHE with the applicable fee.
