cachezone is our secure web portal that has been designed as a one stop qualification management site for your Centre.
By signing in you will have access to:
qualifi - our QCF Learner Management database
e|ngage* - our NQF Learner Management database
*A login for e|ngage can be created once you are logged into cachezone. |

Accessing the Site
Once your Centre is approved, your Centre Administrator will be sent an initial cachezone administrator login. They can then create additional logins for other members of staff.
If you are already one of our Centres, but you don’t have a login to access our secure site, please contact your Centre Administrator who can arrange a password for you.
If you have forgotten either your cachezone or e|ngage password, please click on the Forgotten Password link on the related login pages. A new password will be sent to your email address.

e|Assessment – online tests for learners
e|assessment allows learners to take tests online and on-demand, which offers more scheduling flexibility and less administration time for you.
We offer tests for the following qualifications through our e|assessment platform:
• Level 2 & 3 Certificate in Children’s Care, Learning and Development (CCCLD)
• Level 2 Certificate in Early Years Care and Education (WMC/06-L2)
• Level 3 Diploma in Home-based Childcare (DHC)
• Level 1 and 2 Key Skills (KS)
The Level 1 Foundation Award in Caring for Children (CFCC) is also available on set test dates (in line with paper-based test dates). Please check the current External Assessment Timetable for further details.
To sign up for e|assessment please login to cachezone and click on the e|assessment link under ‘Resource Centre’.
Scheduling Paper-based Tests
All of our tests are also available in paper-based formats which can be scheduled online through e|ngage.
